We offer full class so you will be able to cook the plov from the very beginning and eat your own culinary masterpiece.
A cooking master-class in Samarkand or Bukhara means hands-on cooking lesson where you learn to make a regional speciality and traditional Central Asia staple such as famous Uzbek plov (pilaff). Your teacher will be a be a professional chef with a passionate dedication to Uzbek cuisine.
