Zarafshan Grand Hotel is the 3-star accommodation and one of the best hotels in Navoi city. The hotel is in the vicinity of International Airport and around 25 km from city center. The hotel is just 100 meters away from the architectural monument "Caravanserai Rabati Malik", built in 1078 and included into the UNESCO World Heritage List.

A two-storey hotel building offers 58 comfortable rooms including 12 single, 40 double, 4 deluxe rooms and 2 suits equipped with climate control system, hairdryers, telephones, safes, satellite TV with 80 international channels, Wi-Fi in the rooms, and in the common areas of the hotel. The rooms are new though quite small; Plumbing in the bathroom is very basic but for the price paid this is satisfactory. Rooms are clean and housekeeping is doing a proper job.

The hotel has a restaurant and two bars (each on both floors), operating 24/7. For breakfast you will be offered a buffet with a wide range of meals (mostly pastry) from 07:00 to 10:00 am. For lunch and dinner, you can enjoy a variety of European and Oriental dishes. You can hold banquets (for up to 110 people), holidays, corporate parties, business lunches and dinners at the hotel restaurant. In addition, there is a wide range of alcoholic and soft drinks, as well as cocktails in the hotel bars.

The hotel provides a conference hall for 20 seats for business meetings.

The guests can spend time in a sports complex with a small indoor, heated swimming pool, gym, Finnish sauna, Turkish hammam, massage chair, table tennis and table football. On the second floor, there are billiard room with three pool tables, medical center and a beauty salon.

The hotel has a parking lot, designed for 100 cargo vehicles and cars, and their maintenance (auto parts store, «Karcher» car wash, tire fitting, oil change, and minor repairs). You can leave your vehicle at a parking lot, and relax using the hotel facilities.

The hotel provides services of laundry and luggage storage as well.

All in all, this is a basic accommodation (no more than 3 stars) to stay for a night or two in this part of Uzbekistan. Navoi is not a major tourist destination so it is not surprising that services standards and staff skills are far below than in Tashkent or Samarkand.
