Very well located B&B in a quiet street close to Tashkent city centre. There is a Metro station nearby (Oybek station) with just 5 minute walk away. Or it will take around 20 minutes to get to central Amir Temur square.

Rooms are spacious and cozy, with renovated windows and good heater (it's very cold at night in Tashkent in autumn and the winter). Rooms are very clean and air-conditioned and come with private en-suite. Some curtains on the windows are desperately needed to block out the early morning light.

Wi-Fi is available but the signal reaches not all the rooms as the wi-fi router is located in foyer.

Reception is 24hrs, and the staff in charge of this place is just adorable. They are very helpful and caring.

Special mention for the traditional Uzbek breakfast prepared every morning on the spot. In the evening, the restaurant across the street serves nice food if you don't want to walk far.

This is a decent B&B and will do for you if all you need is a bed for the night and price is important.
