Hayat Inn Hotel was built in 2011. This two-storied hotel is conveniently located in Khiva within walking distance from Ata-Darvaza ancient gates of Khiva's historical centre– Ichan-Qala. Hotel offers optimal combination of quality and cost and is generally a good value for money. They claim to follow the slogan in their work which is “European quality, Oriental hospitality”. The hotel itself is very relaxing and the staff is very nice and helpful (ticket booking, airport transfert, ... just name what you need and they will do all their best to help you!) 

Each of its 38 en-suite rooms (32 twin-bedded, 4 singles and 2 deluxe) is decorated moderately, rooms are having an atmosphere of Soviet times furnishings. Most rooms are overlooking the beautiful ancient city and equipped with air-conditioner, LCD TV, IDD telephone, minibar. Rooms are spacious and clean. All twins and deluxe guestrooms feature a bathroom with bathtub, whereas singles are equipped with a shower cabin only.

The hotel restaurant Caravan seats up to 120 people and offers tasty meals from Uzbek and European cuisines. On the roof of the 3rd floor located an open sky bar, where visitors can enjoy a night view of Khiva.

The hotel features a wide range of facilities: lobby-bar, room-service, a business center, and exchange office, free Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby, souvenir shop and free-of-charge parking. The hotel provides round the clock room service, laundry and dry cleaning, medical service, in room food order, etc.

Central location, helpful staff. Rooms are adequate but having no character. Will do for 1-2 days stay.
