Dilshoda is a traditional B&B located in Samarkand's historic city center, opposite the ancient mausoleum of Gur-Emir. Location is just excellent, all the monuments within walking distance! There is no traffic so it is  nice and quiet. Dilshoda B&B is just a block away from the hotel of the same name and belongs to the same owner, so do not get confused. The hotel is small with only 10 rooms.

Dilshoda hotel has a garden terrace and homelike accommodation. From the first moment you enter the hotel you feel yourself at home, very friendly reception is ready to go extra mile to please the customers! This is a small family business and you too are treated as family. Very nice.

Rooms are big, air-conditioned and decorated with patterned fabrics and offer lots of natural light.  Traditional clothes or suzani hanging from the walls. All rooms have private bathroom with complimentary toiletries provided. Toilet facilities are new. Beds are comfortable and of good size, though linen and towels are worn-out. They have to pay a bit more attention to cleanliness as they seem to skip on that from time to time. Free Wi-Fi.

Within 10 minutes walk you will find a restaurant and a coffee shop where you can sample traditional Uzbek cuisine. Guests can have breakfast in the morning at the hotel and also take advantage of vending machine. The entrance hall is used to serve the breakfast which is very tasty, very Uzbek in style and is plentiful.

Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel is the ancient square of Registan. Visitors can also see the built in the 15th century Ulugbek observatory, located 5.5 km away. City's main railway station is just 10 minutes drive away.

Good location, friendly service. Clean and tidy.  Price is very reasonable and you get a big breakfast. Those who want higher-standard comfort should find a hotel and pay more.
