Tourists visiting Uzbekistan now can leave a review about the provided services during their stay

Great News: Now tourists who visit Uzbekistan can express their opinion about the provided services during their stay in the country using an online questionnaire.

Foreigners traveling to Uzbekistan now can leave a review about the means of accommodation and services provided during their stay by using a special questionnaire uploaded on the online portal uzbektourism.uz.

The new procedure will help to analyze the level of satisfaction of tourists visiting Uzbekistan about accommodation facilities in the country.

The new questionnaire is introduced by the “Certification Center for Tourist Services”, where tourists staying in Uzbekistan have the opportunity to express their opinion on services provided by various facilities which they used during their trip to Uzbekistan.

The list of services and facilities for the review includes public catering facilities, pilgrimage facilities, information facilities and services, entertainment facilities, as well as the questionnaire for assessing the quality of service provided at the place of accommodation, transport services, and healthcare facilities.

Guests who are not satisfied with the quality of service at the hotel and other accommodation facilities and hotels in Uzbekistan can express their suggestions and objections in the online questionnaire. This option can be reached on the website of the Certification Center for Tourist Services by clicking SURVEY in the "Press Service" section of the website. Tourists visiting Uzbekistan also have the opportunity to leave their suggestions and objections in the form of photo or video files uploaded to the system.
