The tourism perspectives of Uzbekistan highlighted in Spanish publication

The famous international online publication "El Mundo Financiero" in Spain published an article dedicated to Uzbekistan, titled "Tourism is the future of the economy of Uzbekistan".

The article notes that the tourism industry of Uzbekistan, like other areas of the economy, is undergoing a period of rapid reforms and significant improvements in recent years. It states that the Uzbek government is focusing on the global revision of its state policy, aiming at accelerating the development of all sectors of the economy of Uzbekistan. Thus, the focus is being made at ensuring the employment of the population and improving the general welfare of the people living in Uzbekistan.

“In a short period of time, many regulatory legal acts have been adopted in Uzbekistan, including new regulatory documents in the field of tourism, which, in general, create a strong legal basis for the gradual reform of the tourism industry, including providing the necessary conditions and a comfortable environment for interested business entities, - the article says. “In this regard, the efforts made by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev are especially emphasized in terms of the accelerated development of Uzbekistan’s tourism industry, giving it a strategic vector of development.”

In general, tourism, according to experts, is the future of the economy of Uzbekistan. In recent years, the tourism sector of Uzbekistan has become one of the "points of growth" of the national economy. It drives the development of other sectors related to tourism and serves to increase revenues with a high multiplier effect. Tourism of Uzbekistan is an important factor in creating new jobs in the country, concludes El Mundo Financiero publication.
